Compass Community Services partners with school districts to provide mental health, behavioral, and executive-functioning support for students. Our work strengthens skills, promotes resiliency, and improves collaboration between school teams and families.
Our mission is to help students build the emotional, behavioral, and organizational skills needed to succeed in school and in life. We do this by delivering skill-focused counseling, structured mentorship, and collaborative consultation—embedded directly within school communities
We believe every student can grow with the right tools, guidance, and relationships.
Strong outcomes emerge when counselors, teachers, administrators, and families work together.
Our services emphasize practical strategies students can use immediately—executive functioning, emotional regulation, coping, organization, and resiliency.
